Studio Administrator
Full Job Description
Job duties include, but are not limited to :
- Client booking and scheduling
- Answering phones and client questions
- Attending to the needs of the facility
- Monitoring overall cleanliness of the facility
- Closing of the facility Check-list : lights off, set alarm, lock studio, etc.
- Cooperating with management and instructors
- Communicating with instructors regarding schedules
- Handling administrative paperwork
- Monitoring instructors’ records
- Client payment processing
- Carrying out Digital Marketing tasks
- Other job duties to be determined by the management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Google systems, and booking software, or possess the capacity to learn the software and systems
- Strong listening and phone presentation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong organisational skills
- Leadership skills
- 1 year of front desk experience required (Fitness front office experience preferred)
