About the Role

Swim Recruiting seeks a seasoned Controller to lead a team of four accountants and report directly to the top finance leader. The Controller will manage full‑cycle accounting, financial reporting, and working capital management while driving process improvements and contributing to a positive corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, journal entries, variance analysis, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare memos, reports, and documentation for senior finance leaders.
• Lead a team of accountants, providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
• Drive process improvements and support potential IFRS conversion.

Qualifications

Where

Downtown Vancouver, hybrid schedule : 3 days per week onsite during the first months, with 2 days remote thereafter. Frequent on‑site collaboration and social events.
