Our RBC Human Resources team is looking for a Professional Service Specialist to support the Contingent Workforce Management Professional Services Program (CWM PS). You will be responsible for the end to end approval processing of Statement of Work (SOW) and related contracts in the CWM system. You will also receive, triage, and amend all professional services contracts including Project Change Requests and Work Authorizations within the CWM system. A significant portion of the role will require you to work closely with our CWM PS and Operations Specialist team members to ensure that resource and payment activities are completed for the contracts. You will also liaise with team members on special projects including Audit & Compliance activities, testing system features and enhancements, etc.
