Job Description :   The Food Services Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of food service facilities, ensuring that high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are maintained. This role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for :

Operational Management :

• Oversee daily operations of the food service facility, including meal preparation, serving, and clean-up.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining compliance with local health regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications :

Working Conditions : May require evening, weekend, and holiday work, depending on the facility's hours of operation. Work is typically performed in a kitchen or food service environment, with some office-related tasks.
