We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to design, implement, and support PeopleSoft architecture and environments. The role requires strong expertise in PeopleTools 8.5x, PUM upgrades, Oracle database administration, system integrations, and OS-level support. The candidate will work closely with application, infrastructure, and business teams in a hybrid work environment.
Design and provide PeopleSoft architectural solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Perform PeopleTools 8.5x upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) implementations.
Apply PeopleSoft maintenance packs, patches, and application tools upgrades using Update/Change Assistant.
Set up, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft application environments and Oracle databases following best practices.
Manage and support PeopleSoft inbound and outbound integrations.
Execute and support PeopleSoft migration activities across environments.
Work extensively with PeopleTools components: Application Designer, Integration Broker, Security, Tree Manager, PS Query, Data Mover, Import Manager, Upgrade and Change Assistant.
Perform Oracle database administration and configure operating systems to support PeopleSoft Oracle databases.
Administer Windows, Linux, and AIX servers supporting PeopleSoft environments.
Resolve application-related vulnerability findings and security issues.
Support OS and DB patching activities, including SFTP connectivity and application-specific tasks.
Assist application teams with infrastructure planning and requirements.
8–10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator / Technical Consultant.
Strong expertise in PeopleTools 8.5x and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
Proven hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
Extensive experience with Oracle Database Administration for PeopleSoft.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft integrations (Inbound & Outbound).
Experience with Windows, Linux, and AIX server administration.
Strong understanding of security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility to support non-standard working hours when required.
Experience participating in project planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Ability to work closely with business users, managers, project teams, and SMEs in a collaborative manner.
