The Role

In this temporary role the Communications and Marketing Assistant will :

• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team including scheduling document organization and task coordination.
• Assist with website updates and content maintenance to support timely and accurate information.
• Support managers with day-to-day marketing and communications tasks helping keep projects on track.
• Help organize digital assets files and basic reporting to improve team efficiency.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by responding to requests following established processes and meeting deadlines.
