Role Overview
The Marketing Manager, Innovation plays a pivotal role in driving the success of disruptive product innovations. Working closely with the Director of New Platform Innovation, this role transforms consumer insights, market trends, and strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that fuel growth. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation, the Marketing Manager fosters creativity and agility in developing marketing strategies that align with brand objectives while generating excitement and adoption for new offerings. Core Responsibilities
- Innovation Strategy Development : Assist in crafting and executing marketing strategies for new innovation platforms to ensure successful market entry and sustained growth.
- Consumer Insights & Research : Lead marketing research initiatives to uncover consumer needs, ensuring innovation concepts resonate with target audiences and align with cultural trends.
- Go-To-Market Execution : Develop and manage launch plans for new products, overseeing pricing, channel strategies, and marketing campaigns while ensuring smooth execution across functions.
- Trend Analysis & Reporting : Monitor emerging food and consumer trends, providing insights that shape future innovation opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to transition innovations from ideation to commercialization efficiently.
- Performance Measurement : Track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the Director and senior leadership.
Skills & Capabilities

3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the CPG or food industries.
