The Manager, Operations Finance role is based within Purolator and provides dedicated financial and business support to both Purolator Operations and its subsidiary, Williams Pharmalogistics. While the position sits within Purolator, it directly supports the Williams Pharmalogistics business as well as the broader Purolator Operations team.
The Manager will be a key member of the finance support team, partnering closely with Williams Pharmalogistics operations leadership as they continue their national expansion. In addition, the role will provide financial support to the Purolator Operations team, including ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
The Williams team will rely on the Manager, Operations Finance to deliver strong business acumen, coaching, and financial leadership. The role will provide meaningful business insights and enhanced visibility into performance drivers, identify opportunities to improve financial results, and support capital investment allocation decisions.
The Manager, Operations Finance will also partner with Operations leadership to develop budgets, business cases, financial reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure business performance. At the same time, the role will ensure financial controls are maintained and will help foster a culture of fiscal responsibility and accountability across both organizations.
This position will be based in the Montreal region and will require time spent at both Purolator and Williams locations
