Your New RoleAs a Telmunications Engineer specializing in autonomous networks, you will be responsible for :
- Managing tel projects related to autonomous networks.
- Overseeing multiple tel service delivery projects in remote regions, including the far north.
- Negotiating with business partners and maintaining relationships with localmunities (including Indigenousmunities).
- Ensuringplex logistics for remote equipment installations.
- Monitoring and ensuringpliance with budgets, timelines, and project scope.
- Producing rigorous reports and tracking the specific requirements inherent to this field.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large-scale telmunications projects as a tel engineer.Active membership with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).Knowledge of Agile methodology.Experience with autonomous networks (an asset).Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with localmunities (including Indigenousmunities).Ability to manageplex deliveries involving multiple partners and advanced logistics.Proficiency in IP, satellite, cellular, CFO technologies, and office tools.Personal qualities : autonomy, teamwork, results-oriented, openness, and empathy.What You’ll Get in Return
