The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Marketing Coordinatorb>

to support and execute marketing initiatives across our dealership network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys collaborating with dealership leadership to drive measurable results through creative, well-executed campaigns.

A Day in the Life…

As a key member of our Marketing team, you will support promotional strategy and execution across multiple dealerships by :

• Executing marketing initiatives and promotions for The Jim Pattison Auto Group and affiliated dealerships
• Developing and coordinating advertising campaigns in partnership with General Managers
• Managing and supporting private and public sales events
• Creating and deploying sales and service email campaigns to customer databases
• Writing and coordinating monthly radio scripts and creative assets
• Updating dealership websites with accurate offers, incentives, and department specials
• Assisting with marketing budgets, invoicing, and maximizing OEM co-op programs
• Preparing monthly and annual marketing reports
• Providing administrative and project support to the broader marketing team
