JOB DESCRIPTION : "Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with years of experience to lead the modernization of our data and application delivery processes The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing implementing and managing Gitlab CICD pipelines for complex multitechnology environments This role will be pivotal in our transition to modern DevOps practices focusing on automating the build test and deployment of both legacy data warehouse and NET framework applications using GitLab

Responsibilities

Pipeline Design and Implementation Design and implement endtoend CICD pipelines using GitLab Actions for both the data warehouse and NET application stacks

Infrastructure and Tooling Work with infrastructure teams to ensure environments are configured to support the new CICD processes Manage and configure GitLab Runners and integrate other necessary DevOps tools

Troubleshooting and Support Provide expertise in diagnosing and resolving pipeline failures deployment issues and other automationrelated problems

Documentation Create and maintain detailed documentation for all CICD pipelines automation scripts and deployment processes

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of years of experience in DevOps or a related software engineering role

Mandatory Skills

o Gitlab CICD Pipeline Expertise Extensive handson experience designing and building CICD pipelines with GitLab Actions for complex multilanguagemultiplatform projects

Preferred Optional Skills

o Python Experience with Perl or Python for scripting and automation

o Shell Scripting Knowledge in Shell Scripting Bash for automating tasks in a LinuxUnix environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and mentor

Strong problemsolving abilities and a strategic approach to automation

Language Fluent in English French is a plus

Working from home voluntary basis for up to days per week after months of joining subject to managers discretion
