We are a leading insurance and financial services agency for Desjardins Insurance with 2 locations in Edmonton. Type : Full Time, Permanent

Salary : $50,000 + Commission + Bonuses (Target Income is 60,000+)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide a remarkable 5 Star service experience for customers
  • Identify and correct issues in billing and client accounts
  • Assist customers with claims management
  • Book appointments for insurance and financial reviews
  • Connect with clients to improve their experience with technology

    • Requirements :

  • General Level 1 License (must be able to obtain - study material provided by us)
  • Previous customer service / sales experience an asset
  • Must be confident in connecting with clients about their accounts and cross-selling
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to customer service excellence
  • Speaking other languages an asset
