The Site Supervisor works on larger losses, directing all stakeholders to a timely completion of repairs.
What You Will Do
Maintain effective communication with Project Manager, sub trades and homeowners to ensure quality and timely completion of projectsProvide regular status reports on claim progressWork within quotes and estimates, always confirming target margins are metEnsure project requirements are being fulfilled and deadlines / milestones are achievedEnsure adherence to Emergency Phase and Repair Phase timelines as per established ServiceMaster standard operating proceduresDeliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholder : i.e Adjusters, Property Managers, Homeowners & Insurance RepresentativesEnsure site photos are uploaded throughout the claim processEnsure compliance with all site safety protocolsProvide on-call support as requiredWhat You Have
5 years experience in the Restoration (Large Loss) or Construction industry preferredWater Remediation Technician (WRT) certification is an assetFire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) certification is an assetDetailed understanding of the reconstruction processKnowledge of building codes regulating construction tradeStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralExcellent leadership and site management skillsSkilled at managing multiple projects, opportunity analysis and decision makingProfessional in dealing with customers
