We’re looking for a parts expert who can guide our customers to THE perfect solution for their parts needs. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll be the hero of the counter. If you have a flair for finding the perfect part and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, this is the role for you!

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE

• erve our customers in a respectful manner and assist them in making decisions that will meet their needs.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, giving them the information they need.
• Order parts according to the inventory we have in stock.
• Maintain accurate records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts.
• Organize orders for daily shipping, delivery or pick-up.
• Ensure return to suppliers or storage of unrecovered items no longer in demand.
