Job Description

• Define AI and automation strategies to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
• Lead the deployment and adoption of AI technologies across the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals to successfully deliver projects.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends and developments to inform strategy and direct vendor partnerships.
• Create and present clear, data-driven updates on project progress to senior leadership; exceptional communication skills.
• Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset.

The Successful Applicant

• Hands‑on experience delivering AI initiatives using tools like Co‑Pilot, OpenAI, ChatGPT etc.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage high‑performing teams.
• Strong capability in designing and executing automation strategies end to end.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong industry awareness of relevant technology vendors and service providers.
