We are growing and searching for an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our team at our Brandon, MB HearCANADA clinic! This is a permanent, full-time position and typical hours of work will be Monday through Friday 8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm local time.
As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

What you will do
Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluationsStay abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clientsBuild relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommendedCollaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone callsWhat we are looking for
A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology programUnrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your governing body in good standingWorking knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic / dispensing experienceAn excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team membersComfortable making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to ensure product adoptionExperience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and / or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not requiredHearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
