What you will be doing
- Manage and develop customers with focus on installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors, with accordance to the sales strategy to achieve the business plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget.
- Develop new customers, accounts and projects with accordance to the business plan for the assigned sales area.
- Propose and realize all necessary activities to achieve the sales targets in cooperation with internal and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team in order to ensure that their specifications are sold successfully.
- Feedback the market information (product / price / channel / projects) to the management on a regular basis and create corresponding reports if requested.
- Achieve KPI's and targets in the scope defined by the company (e.g. CAC sales, ProPartners development, KA Development, Spec-in Sale).
What we are looking for
We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to help businesses move to energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions like heat pumps and air conditioning systems. You should have :
HVAC Experience : Worked in the industry, selling heat pumps, air conditioning units, or similar products.UK Market Knowledge : Good understanding of the UK HVAC market, key players, and regulations.B2B Sales Skills : Able to build strong relationships with installers, contractors, distributors, M&E contractors, and house builders.Technical Know-How : Understand HVAC products and how they are used.Commercial Skills : Spot opportunities, negotiate deals, and grow sales.Planning & Analysis : Use proven methods to plan and solve problems.Regulatory Awareness : Know how laws and regulations affect the business.Strong Communication : Excellent at influencing and negotiating.Experience : 3–5 years in a similar role; B2B business development experience is a plus.Proactive Attitude : Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.What we offer you
