Job Summary

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Your primary responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions. This role is perfect for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and room assignments.
  • Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
  • Assist with reservations and manage room availability using the hotel’s property management system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to Chelsea Hotel’s policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software is an asset.
  • A professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
