As the Advanced Innovation – Elite Athlete Performance Pattern Engineer, you blend an artistic eye for design with a technical engineering mindset. You should have strong visualization skills to translate between 2D and 3D, and the ability to solve problems in creative and innovative ways. You will help shape groundbreaking performance apparel by turning sketches into patterns and prototypes, ensuring our top athletes are enabled during the world\'s most high-profile moments in sport. You will support the delivery of transformative product that exceeds athletes\' expectations using your technical expertise in pattern engineering and advanced apparel construction to deliver incomparable performance products following the design intent.
Bringing visionary product ideas to life, you\'ll integrate new pattern engineering methods and construction techniques with Design and Concept Creation to shape apparel that meets the exact specifications of elite lululemon athletes. Your ability to manage multiple streams of work, lead with confidence in an ambiguous environment, and continuously push the boundaries of fit and construction will be essential. At the core of your role, you\'ll drive and manage the pattern engineering of products through a unique timeline that shapes products that meet and exceed brand and athlete expectations.

Compensation and Benefits
lululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $119,200 – 156,500 CAD annually. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program. Benefits include extended health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement plan matching, employee discount, fitness & yoga classes, parenthood top-up, development course offerings, and networks / mentorship programs. Some benefits and incentives have eligibility requirements and may change at any time.
Workplace arrangement
This role is classified as In-Person under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-Person; minimum 4 days per week onsite.
