Diagnostic Imaging Technologist Permanent Part-time (Primary Site : Kirkland Lake) Blanche River Health Offers : Relocation Allowance – up to $3000 if relocating from outside of North Eastern Ontario EAP program, ‘perks’ program. Eligibility to enroll in the HEALTHCARE OF ONTARIO PENSION PLAN (HOOPP). X-Ray & CT - The DI Technologist is accountable to the Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Services. Under the direction of a Radiologist he / she performs the procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that requires independent judgment, with skill, ingenuity, and initiative. Must have active registration with the College of Medical Radiology & Imaging Technologists of Ontario in good standing Previous experience with CT with be considered an asset Fluency in both official languages is an asset. Has the physical capacity to perform work, requiring lifting and positioning of equipment and patients according to the BRH lift and transfer policies and the ability to travel distances in the Hospital.
