As a Team Member, you'll be the face of Tim Hortons, delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly smile. You'll play a key role in keeping the restaurant clean and organized, ensuring every food and beverage meets our high-quality standards. From greeting guests and preparing orders to maintaining a safe and clean environment, your positive attitude and commitment will make a lasting impact on every guest's experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly attitude.
  • Accurately take and repeat orders to ensure correctness.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drive-thru, and kitchen.
  • Ensure all food products are kept at the correct temperatures and follow safety guidelines.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints, ensuring resolution.
  • Use proper sanitation practices, including handwashing and cleaning duties.
  • Work efficiently and maintain speed of service to meet guest needs, especially during busy periods.
  • Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Previous experience in Quick Service is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks involving reaching and bending.
