Hornby Island Medical Clinic is an Island Health Owned and Operated Clinic featuring :

  • 1 of 2 PT Providers
  • 2 clerks and 1 RNc on team
  • Part of the Primary Care Network, enhancing team based care at this clinic site – Mental Health, Social Work, Dietician, Pharmacy support on-site
  • 1 week on, 1 week off. 1 in 3 call schedule, call only falls on ‘week on’ compensated in addition to service contract
  • 5 FTE minimum, opportunity up to .7 FTE
  • Call negotiable

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including :

  • Recruitment Incentive - up to $20, (amount prorated based on FTE)
  • Fee Premium - 15.86%
  • Annual Flat Fee - $24,.72
  • Rural CME starting at $1, for up to 2 years, $3, / annum in year 3&4 in community, increasing to a maximum of $ / annum after 4 years.
