Working in the Dartmouth, NS office, the successful candidate has proven AP / AR experience, a motivated work ethic, and immediate availability to start.
Key Responsibilities for the Job :
Accounts receivable Accounts payable High volume invoice processing Bank reconciliations Journal entries Month-end support Communication with vendors Other support tasks as required
Experience & Attributes for Success :
Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting; or equivalent combination of experience, skills & education Previous experience in a similar accounting support role Previous experience using SAP software considered a strong asset Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Reliable and dependable work ethic Strong computer / technical skills Positive and motivated with a team-focused approach High level of flexibility when working with others and superior interpersonal and relationships building skills
