  • Instruct students in the Hospitality Management Program, focusing on back-of-house preparation for the Wine and Dine evening production course.
  • Plan and deliver instruction, evaluate student performance, and facilitate demonstrations and workshops.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and revision of curriculum.
  • Perform other instructional duties as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Must be available to work evenings, Monday to Friday, from April 30 to May 23, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM.Daytime hours will apply for the remainder of the schedule. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Inter-Provincial or Journeyperson (Red Seal) certificate in cooking.
  • Working knowledge and ability to apply principles and practices of adult education.
  • Ability to develop and supervise faculty and staff.
  • Knowledge of budget development and monitoring.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team building and conflict management skills.
  • Demonstrates valuing diversity.
