Job Description

filling fuel tanksand containers to level specified by customer

checking andreplenishing air pressure in vehicle tires, and oil and othervehicle fluid levels

washing vehiclewindscreens and windows

performing minorrepair work to vehicles such as replacing tires, lightbulbs and windscreen wiper blades

maintaining andoperating automatic car wash facilities

collecting paymentsfrom customers for purchases

cleaning petrol pumpsand surrounding driveway, shop and facilities

undertaking stockcontrol and preparing reports on fuel, oil, accessories andother items sold

replenishing stock offast foods, newspapers, magazines and grocery items.

Check air pressure invehicle tires; and levels of fuel, motor oil, transmission,radiator, battery, and other fluids; and add air, oil, water, orother fluids, as required.

Clean parking areas,offices, restrooms, and equipment, and remove trash.

Clean windshields,and / or wash and wax vehicles.

Sell prepared food,groceries, and related items.

Grease and lubricatevehicles or specified units, such as springs, universal joints,and steering knuckles, using grease guns or spraylubricants.

Maintain customerrecords and follow up periodically with telephone, mail, orpersonal reminders of service due.

Requirements
