Project Control Officer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Control Officer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Control Officer - Job Description:
This role involves supporting the team on business-as-usual project tasks, focusing on customer engagement and servicing. The position is opened as a replacement due to maternity leave and involves ensuring project control procedures and policies within a program of related projects are executed.

Project Control Officer - Responsibilities:
• Creation of Epics as requested by the Onboarding team, uploading task lists, and assigning to LOB-aligned resources
• Monitoring the plan and milestones and managing the onboarding dashboard
• Troubleshooting and creating new ConfiForms when requested
• Creating template decks for Quarterly Townhalls, ensuring all content is included and aligned to brand standards
• Assisting with any access requests and reviewing new intakes to determine project scope and priority
• Supporting new resources with access requests, meetings, welcome emails, and distribution list additions
• Submitting On/Off-boarding forms for new resources and creating template pages for business update reports
• Running Clarity reports to ensure the team has billed the correct number of hours and identifying missing hours

Project Control Officer - Mandatory Skills:
• Clarity

• Power BI
• ServiceNow (create CR's, queries, Demand process flow)
• Confluence
• SharePoint

Project Control Officer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Financial Institutions or Banking
• Experience in Agile environments
• Understanding of banking/FI structures

Project Control Officer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
