Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of front-of-house operations : coordinating service, supervising the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene, driving business performance, and managing administrative tasks.
Supervise floor operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience : greeting, food service, and maintaining customer relationshipsMotivate, train, and develop the service teamEnsure a positive and motivating work environmentParticipate in recruitment, scheduling, and administrative follow-upsAct as a brand ambassador by taking part in commercial events and supporting marketing strategies both internally and externallyMonitor financial flows, manage bar and / or kitchen inventory alongside the Director and Kitchen Manager, analyze financial results to achieve objectives, and implement corrective actionsEnsure the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, participate in routine upkeep, and ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are followedExperience
1–2 years of management experience in the hospitality / restaurant sector, ideally in a high-volume environmentSolid floor supervision experienceGood foundation in administrative and financial managementSkills & Qualifications
