My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.

I am looking for an FP&A Analyst in real estate for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.

Mission

- Manage the financial and operational performance of the portfolio and analyze variances from budgets and forecasts.
- Produce comparative analyses, financial projections, and optimization recommendations.
- Prepare and present monthly financial results to stakeholders.
- Support strategic decisions in collaboration with the operations and finance teams.
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and investments for the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain financial models and performance monitoring tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the supervision of FP&A analysts.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA/CFA an asset).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance/FP&A.
- Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of Hopem, Yardi, and Power BI an asset.
- Bilingualism in French/English, both spoken and written.

PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the Talent Acquisition Consultant.
