Construction Site Supervisor

Brandt is currently seeking a Construction Site Supervisor for our Regina, SK location. This position will be a supervisory role and will monitor and coordinate at the site level the activities of supplier, delivery companies, subcontractors, and subordinate staff.  The Site Supervisor will also assist in coordinating, scheduling, quality assurance, quality control, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget. The position is to be the job site front line on behalf of the Project Manager and design groups.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Site work including repairs, matching, Layout, framing, forming, and reinforcing, concrete place and finishing, equipment operating, site staging, subtrade preparation.
• Management and / or self-performed execution of renovation and construction projects
• Tool and asset inventory management
• Trade scope management
• Blueprint reading
• Cost tracking of general PO’s
• Time tracking and approvals
• Construction project scheduling
• Material take-offs & ordering
• Property / Facility Management
• Communication skills written and verbal
• Supervisors are expected to be on the tools when required
