Job descriptionRequest and follow up with insurers and / or clients for outstanding information, endorsements or policy documentation. Prepare proposals for renewals and new business. Respond to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters. Work with the Client Executives and Client Service Managers in negotiating with Insurers and / or changes, renewals and new business where applicable. Review policy wordings and other documentation for accuracy and completeness and as required, notes and corrects errors. Create abeyance and follow up for outstanding items from underwriters, markets and clients. Market own new business and renewals when necessary. Monitor and follow up on outstanding client’s receivables. Create and streamline processes. Responsible for monthly Bordeaux, where required Invoice and manage receivables. Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required. Minimum 3 years’ Commercial Insurance experience RIBO Licensed and Professional designation is an asset Good knowledge of markets and their policy wordings Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well independently, as part of a team Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications Good knowledge of EPIC is an asset Effective time management and organizational skills Customer focused and service oriented. High attention to detail.

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible to maintain and service a profitable book of business based upon the company’s objectives and individual business plans.
