Asa Clerical / Administrative Support professional you will provideessential administrative and office support to ensure the smoothoperation of daily activities within an organization.

Your rolewill be crucial in managing administrative tasks coordinatingoffice functions and assisting staff andmanagement.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Performgeneral clerical duties including filing data entry and documentmanagement.
  • Answerand direct phone calls take messages and handle correspondence andinquiries.
  • Scheduleand coordinate appointments meetings and travel arrangements forstaff andmanagement.
  • Prepareand proofread reports presentations and other documents to ensureaccuracy andcompleteness.
  • Maintainand update office supplies equipment and inventory and place ordersasneeded.
  • Assistwith organizing and coordinating office events meetings and specialprojects.
  • Providecustomer service and support addressing questions and resolvingissues in a professionalmanner.
  • Manageand process incoming and outgoing mail andpackages.
  • Supportvarious administrative functions including record keeping reportingand datamanagement.

Requirements

  • Relevantcertification or diploma in Office Administration BusinessAdministration or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in a clerical or administrative support role with astrong understanding of office procedures andpractices.
  • Proficiencyin office software and tools including word processing spreadsheetsand presentationsoftware.
  • Excellentorganizational and time management skills with the ability tohandle multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively.
  • Strongcommunication skills both written and verbal for interacting withstaff management andclients.
  • Detailorientedwith a high level of accuracy in completing administrative tasksand handlinginformation.
  • Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.

Relevant certification or diploma in Office Administration,Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in aclerical or administrative support role, with a strongunderstanding of office procedures and practices.

Proficiency inoffice software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets,and presentation software. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks andprioritize effectively.

Strong communication skills, both writtenand verbal, for interacting with staff, management, and clients.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completingadministrative tasks and handling information.

Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
