Job Description

CEDA is looking for a Supervisor for our Sudbury, ON location! This position is responsible for taking the lead in developing strategic initiatives that maintain and add to our existing customer base while promoting our products and services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, while staying updated on local, provincial, and federal regulations
  • Oversee field operations and projects, ensuring efficiency, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Sudbury Industrial Cleaning support services
  • Coordinate manpower and equipment, optimizing resource allocation
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to align and hold employees accountable for growth and development.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while proactively addressing and resolve concerns
  • Provide regular updates to direct reports and be on call 24 / 7 for emergencies.
  • Role Specifications

  • Business or Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in industrial services / maintenance in the oil & gas industry
  • 3 – 5 years in a management or supervisory role
  • Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Suite of products
