Job description5-7+ years as a Business Analyst , with experience in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL, etc.). Strong understanding of business analysis in financial services, trust, or insurance sectors. Proven experience in remote work environments with effective communication skills. Willingness to travel to Montreal quarterly. Proficiency in French is a plus and would be preferred. Travel and other project related expenses are covered. Fully remote with occasional travel to Montreal, QC on client's request (expenses covered)
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (5-7+ years) with a strong background in Mainframe technologies to support Investment Products within the Trust Center . You will analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of solutions in mainframe environments, including COBOL, CICS, and VSAM.

Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business needs and define functional requirements for mainframe-based solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, manage requirements backlogs, and support testing (manual / automated).
- Lead incident management and ensure functional issues are resolved during the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to solution design and optimization efforts, advising on system improvements.
