Overview :

We are partnering with a mission-driven organization to hire a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer II to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Salesforce Health Cloud applications, working closely with administrators, developers, and business stakeholders.This position is fully remote, provided the candidate resides in one of the approved states listed above, and offers the opportunity to work on complex healthcare and government-related systems.

What you will be doing :

• Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud customizations and enhancements
• Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and cross-functional teams on system design and workflows
• Develop UI components and workflows aligned with business requirements
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for scalable, maintainable solutions
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for end users
• Develop and execute system and program test plans
• Maintain technical documentation, system design documents, and change control records
• Support Agile / Scrum processes including sprint planning, user stories, and retrospectives
• Assist with DevOps and CI / CD processes
• Participate in on-call support rotations as required

Salary / Rate Range : $102K – $107K

Geo Differential Salary : $112K – $117K, based on location
