As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will lead and motivate your team, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI renovations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing renovation projects in the GTA.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
