Job description
  • Lead and manage all aspects of institutional construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations on-site.
  • Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve any issues that arise on-site quickly and efficiently.

    • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction.
    • Proven track record in institutional new builds exceeding $15 million.
    • Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
    • Gold Seal , PMP , LEED , or equivalent certification required.
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction safety.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
