WAGE RANGE : 32.590 TO 37.260 per hour
POSITION OBJECTIVE :
Functioning as a team player, the Medical Laboratory Assistant will support all staff in the provision of quality laboratory services to assist physicians and other health care providers in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. This includes performing technical and non-technical procedures as required, under the general supervision of a Medical Laboratory Technologist. Required to perform relevant cardio testing procedures on an as needed basis. The Medical Laboratory Assistant will focus on meeting or exceeding our patient / client needs and will support the mission, vision and values as determined by Niagara Health while providing safe and competent patient / client care. The successful candidate's home site will be the site listed above and travel between sites may be required.
