Responsibilities
Advanced Metal Forming : Independently set up and execute complex multi-stage bends on CNC Brake Presses to produce high-specification industrial components.
Multi-Material Handling : Apply specialized techniques to manipulate carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel without compromising surface integrity.
Engineering Precision : Interpret sophisticated blueprints and engineering drawings to verify tight tolerances using precision measuring instruments.
Digital Workflow : Utilize integrated shop-floor tracking software to document material movement, ensuring lean manufacturing standards are met daily.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record : Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience within a fast-paced, high-volume custom fabrication shop environment.
Technical Mastery : Superior literacy in interpreting complex industrial blueprints, including a deep understanding of bend allowances and k-factors.
Technical Assets : Previous experience operating Amada, HACO, or All Steel machinery is highly desirable; current Forklift certification is a major plus.
Professional Rigor : A "team-first" mentality paired with a relentless focus on safety, reliability, and delivering zero-defect parts.
Compliance : Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and capable of passing a comprehensive 5-panel drug and alcohol screening.
