Buzz.ai is scaling, and we’re building a marketing team that’s loud, clear, and in the face (in the best way). We’re looking for a Direct Customer Marketer to own how we show up to direct customers—webinars, email, community, events, AND paid ads to acquire more.
You’ll be the face of the Direct segment : creating energy, building trust, driving demand, and making Buzz.ai the obvious choice.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end marketing for Direct customers (segment strategy → execution → results)
- Paid acquisition : plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (Meta / Google or similar) to drive qualified leads
- Webinar engine : programming, promotion, hosting / moderating, follow-up nurture
- Customer-facing campaigns : email blasts, product announcements, offers, reactivation
- Community + field motion : virtual + in-person moments that create buzz
- Customer stories : case studies, testimonials, “why Buzz” content
- Partner closely with the broader marketing + demand gen function to hit pipeline goals
