Responsibilities

4.2.5EnsuresthatallArtifactsachievedduringthe SprintarepresentedattheSprintReview;
4.2.6Processconflictresolutionamongstteam members;
4.2.7CommunicateandmakessurethattheAgileTeamadherestotheAgilePrinciplesandStandardssetforwardbyGlobalAffairsCanada’sSubjectMatterExperts;
4.2.8Shieldhis/herTeamfromoutsideinfluences;
4.2.9TracksandremovesimpedimentsknownasRoadblockswiththeAgileTeam;
4.2.10PerformsknowledgetransfertotheAgileTeamregardingAgiletechniqueslike:UserStories,ContinuousIntegration,ATDD, TDD, ContinuousTesting,Pairing,AutomatedTestingand AgileGames;
4.2.11PerformsknowledgetransfertotheAgileTeamregardingWorkItems/Tasks,BacklogTracking,Burndown,Metrics,Velocity, UserStories,ScaleAgileFramework(SAFe), etc.;
4.2.12Ascertainment,analyse,manageandresolve Riskrelatedissues;
4.2.13ProducePerformancemetricsandProgressmonitoringreports;
4.2.14CoachteammembersinAgileframeworksandguidetheteamstohigherlevelsofscrummaturity;
4.2.15Manageprojecttimelines,budgets,and maintaincoststoremainwithinorunderbudget;
4.2.16Coordinatesprints,retrospectivemeetingsanddailystand-ups;
4.2.17WorkwithProductOwnersto handlebackloggroomingand newrequests;
4.2.18Workcloselywithsoftware/webdevelopers,architects,businessanalysts,designers,andtheclient'srepresentativesto define thedirectionandapproachtoprojectdesignandexecution;
4.2.19Facilitateinternalcommunicationsandbethepointofcontactwithexternalstakeholders;
4.2.20Estimateandtrackprojectvelocity,costs,developresourceplans,andworktoassesspotentialissuesandrisks;
4.2.21Resolveconflicts,removeobstacles,andhelpteamsimplementchangeseffectively;
4.2.22performScrumtechniquesandartifacts(suchasdefinitionofdone,userstories,automatedtesting,backlogrefinement);
4.2.23Estimateprojectcosts,setdeadlines,andeffectivelymanageteamsofprofessionalstomeetdeadlines;
4.2.24Mobiledevelopment, webdevelopmentor multi-techplatformimplementation;
4.2.25Documentroadblocks,bugsandotherprojectissues,inthe contextofabusinessintelligence,datawarehouseoranalyticsproject;
4.2.26Identify,analyzinganddocumentingprojectrisks,forabusinessintelligence,datawarehouseoranalyticsproject.
Qualifications
ThatmeetstheSENIOR level with a minimum of 10 years ofcumulativeexperience
Or
5+yearsofexperience witha recognizedprofessionalcertification as defined in the TBIPS SAfor theresourcecategory(P.9)ProjectManager.
Mustdemonstrate that the proposed SeniorProjectManager resourceholdscertification.
AnagilescrummastercertificationfromtheProjectManagementInstitute(PMI),
Or
TheAgileAlliance,or Scrum.org.
Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptionsthattheproposedSENIORlevelProjectManager resourcehas Five (5) years of experiencewithinthe last Ten (10) years in an IM/ITenvironmentas of bid closing performing thefollowingtask:
ProducingAgile artifacts, including the sprint andproduct backlog, for a (businessintelligence, datawarehouse)oranalyticsproject;
Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptions that the proposed SENIORlevel ProjectManagerresourcehasminimumofThree(3)projectswithin the last Ten (10) years in anIM/ITenvironment as of bid closingperforming thefollowingtask:
Documentingroadblocks, bugs and other projectissues, in the context of a (businessintelligence,datawarehouse)oranalyticsproject.
Must demonstrate using detailed projectdescriptions that the proposed SENIORlevel ProjectManagerresourcehasminimumofThree(3)projectswithin the last Ten (10) years in anIM/ITenvironment as of bid closingperforming thefollowingtask:
Identifying,analyzing and documenting projectrisks,forabusinessintelligence,datawarehouseoranalytics project.
MUST CURRENTLY HOLD VALID GOVERNMENT SECRET CLEARENCE
