KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize growth and profit potentialBecome the main commercial contact with customersDevelop and implement sales targets and strategies to maximize the growth of the company, while balancing the workload across the facets of our core competencies and overall company objectivesMeet yearly sales targets as assigned by the Vice President of Sales and EstimatingProvide and present a weekly sales forecast to the Vice President of Sales and EstimatingPresent proposals to customers and secure orders through selling valueProvide superior customer service, including regular and timely customer follow-ups, quotations and completed workManage customer negotiations when applicableRequirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Completed a post-secondary education3 – 5 years of Consultative Sales ExperienceHave completed a Sales Training CourseProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProven ability to cold callValid Driver’s LicenseShowcase comfortability selling on value and discussing money with customersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in MS Suite of applicationsAble to create professional presentations / proposals and presenting to senior leadersWe Look Forward to Hearing from You!
