PROPOS DU RLE

En tant quIngnieur IA chez Genia, vous jouerez un rle central dans la construction du cadre fondamental qui alimente nos flux de travail en donnes, IA et BI. Ce poste combine le gnie logiciel et lingnierie des donnes, avec pour objectif de crer des systmes efficaces et volutifs permettant des analyses avances et des applications dIA. Votre expertise en gestion de bases de donnes, plateformes cloud et conception de flux de donnes contribuera mettre en place des environnements automatiss et fluides soutenant lvolution numrique de nos clients.

Responsabilits principales :

• Concevoir, dvelopper et superviser larchitecture technique des solutions IA et BI (workflows, agents, pipelines) pour rpondre aux besoins daffaires de nos clients.
• Dvelopper et maintenir des bases de donnes et des pipelines de donnes, en assurant leur intgrit, performance et volutivit.
• Collaborer avec les quipes pour optimiser la gestion des donnes, le dploiement des modles et garantir la robustesse des solutions dans les environnements clients.
• Exploiter les services cloud (prfrence pour Azure) pour crer une infrastructure de donnes scurise, volutive et rentable.
• Mettre en uvre des solutions de gestion des donnes avec SQL et Python, en utilisant pandas pour la manipulation et la transformation des donnes.
• Concevoir et dvelopper des applications web en lien avec les workflows de donnes et dIA.
• Dfinir et appliquer les bonnes pratiques dingnierie pour garantir la qualit et la fiabilit des dploiements.
• Effectuer une veille technologique pour recommander des amliorations continues et favoriser linnovation.

Outils matriser

• Plateformes Cloud (Azure, GCP ou AWS) pour la gestion dinfrastructures et de services IA. Azure un atout
• Langages de programmation (Python, SQL) et frameworks associs (pandas, libraries ML).
• Outils de CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions ou quivalent) pour automatiser les dploiements.

Comptences cls requises

• Solide exprience (3 ans minimum) en conception et dploiement de solutions et agent IA.
• Matrise de la gestion de projets techniques (pilotage, planification, suivi).
• Exprience managriale (encadrement dquipes, mentorat, leadership).
• Connaissances approfondies en ingnierie logicielle (architecture, bonnes pratiques, DevOps).
• Familiarit avec les concepts et outils dIA (modlisation, MLOps, intgration de modles).
• Bililngue franais/anglais

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an AI Software Engineer at Genia, you will play a key role in building the foundational framework that drives our data, AI, and BI workflows.

This position blends software engineering and data engineering, aiming to create efficient, scalable systems that enable advanced analytics and AI applications. Your expertise in database management, cloud platforms, and data workflow design will help establish seamless, automated environments that support our clients' digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee the technical architecture of AI and BI solutions (workflows, agents, pipelines) to meet our clients business needs.
• Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines, ensuring their integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize data management, model deployment, and ensure the robustness of solutions within client environments.
• Leverage cloud services (preferably Azure) to create secure, scalable, and cost-effective data infrastructure.
• Implement data management solutions using SQL and Python, with a focus on pandas for data manipulation and transformation.
• Design and develop web applications linked to data and AI workflows.
• Define and enforce best engineering practices to ensure the quality and reliability of deployments.
• Conduct technology watch to recommend continuous improvements and foster innovation.

Tools to Master

• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Azure, GCP, or AWS for managing infrastructures and AI services.
• Programming Languages: Strong skills in Python and SQL, along with associated frameworks like pandas and ML libraries.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, or equivalents for deployment automation.
• Additional asset: Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Required Skills

• Extensive Experience: Minimum 3 years in designing and deploying AI solutions and AI agents.
