Key Responsibilities :
Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
Use automation tools for lead identification, segmentation, and engagement.
Research and qualify leads in the software development industry.
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies.
Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.
Nurture leads and build long-term relationships to foster trust and partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and value propositions.
Provide product demos and effectively communicate the value of the product.
Track and report on sales metrics.
Optimize workflows and outreach strategies based on performance data.
Utilize CRM software for managing sales processes.
Looking For :
3+ years in a sales role within the software development or SaaS industry.
Proven success in building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline.
Expertise in lead list building and working with automation tools (e.g., Clay, Smartlead, Outreach.io, or similar)
Expertise in maintaining email infrastructure for optimized outbound engagement.
Strong research skills to uncover insights about prospects and their businesses.
Proficient in CRM management and reporting.
Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
