Job Title : Implementation Program Manager, Connected Care

Job Description : As the Implementation Program Manager, you will be responsible for successfully engaging with stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of Connected Care’s projects and program(s) by serving as a business and technical program leader. This position reports into the Senior Manager, Strategy and Program Management.

You will play a critical role in leading, guiding and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders in delivering these initiatives by adding leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management capability and capacity to the program.

You will also play an essential role in driving the execution of the Connected Care Program’s fiscal year deliverables focusing on delivery and conformance. You will work closely with the Business Transformation leadership team to mature program implementation processes, and capabilities. Your support and expertise may also be sought to support implementation strategy, approach, and delivery.

Your expertise in business and technical program design, delivery, operations, and large-scale transformation in the health space will be essential in achieving our organization's goals of enabling a connected health system.

  • Responsibilities : Conformance Service Definition and Stakeholder Management
  • Plan and support conformance efforts to deliver conformance testing compliance for respective projects, leveraging hands-on experience with digital health conformance requirements, processes and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with external stakeholders (jurisdictions and vendors) to proactively identify stakeholder need, facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings / workshops / collaboratives, and act as a liaison between internal and external project teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery team to align on conformance scope and ensure a frictionless experience.
  • Support planning and delivery of interoperability technical events ( Connectathons and Projecathons), including coordination of internal and external project teams to drive successful events.
  • Program / Project Management and Implementation :
  • Lead, manage and monitor performance of assigned Connected Care projects to deliver expected outcomes.
  • Oversee and manage assigned project(s), project managers and / or other implementation resources.
  • Design, implement and leverage program lifecycle management processes and tools to ensure initiatives / projects progress is tracked against delivery on time, within scope and budget, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration and coordination among project teams and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Implement effective collaboration processes to assist teams in facilitating project delivery, identifying risks, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Support the definition of internal key performance indicators and metrics to assess overall Program performance.
  • Scale and mature Connected Care Program Implementation :
  • Support and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Connected Care team.
  • Provide program management support to Strategy and Program Management Office leaders (strategy, business planning and delivery).
  • Support maturation of Program processes and capabilities.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the Program to develop and implement measures and solutions, driving greater productivity and alignment to best practices.
  • Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Assess and analyze change management needs for assigned projects / programs
  • Contribute to stakeholder impact matrices and corresponding strategies and communications plans
  • Support the development and implementation action plan to deliver projects / programs results
