Job descriptionAnalyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, Spark and related technologies. Compile, clean, structure, and validate large datasets to ensure accurate and reliable analytics. Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data models that support enterprise‑level reporting and analysis. Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights and trends. Apply best practices in data visualization, DAX, and performance optimization. Ensure high‑quality data delivery, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting solutions. Demonstrate familiarity with data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, integration, and governance. Contribute to analytics solutions leveraging platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Purview, or equivalent. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative analytics and BI solutions. Analyser des ensembles de données complexes à l’aide de SQL, Python, Spark et technologies associées. Compiler, nettoyer, structurer et valider de grands ensembles de données afin de garantir des analyses précises et fiables. Concevoir, développer et maintenir des modèles de données performants et évolutifs pour la production de rapports et l’analyse à l’échelle de l’entreprise. Développer, optimiser et maintenir des tableaux de bord et des rapports Power BI qui mettent en évidence les tendances et les informations clés. Appliquer les meilleures pratiques en matière de visualisation des données, de DAX et d’optimisation des performances. Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et l’exactitude des données dans toutes les solutions de reporting. Maîtriser les concepts d’ingénierie des données, notamment les pipelines de données, l’intégration et la gouvernance. Contribuer à l’élaboration de solutions analytiques en utilisant des plateformes telles qu’Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Purview ou équivalentes. Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et mettre en œuvre des solutions analytiques et de veille stratégique innovantes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong expertise in Power BI, including advanced dashboard development and data modeling. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, DAX or similar coding languages. Proven ability to design scalable analytics solutions for complex business environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain data‑driven insights to non‑technical audiences. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem‑solving and continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines. Experience with Microsoft Fabric. Hands‑on experience with Azure data services and data governance tools (Purview). Exposure to data pipeline development and modern analytics architectures. Baccalauréat en commerce, science des données, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente). Solide expertise en Power BI, notamment en développement de tableaux de bord avancés et en modélisation des données. Maîtrise de SQL, Python, Spark, DAX ou langages de programmation similaires. Capacité avérée à concevoir des solutions analytiques évolutives pour des environnements métiers complexes. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, avec la capacité d’expliquer clairement les données à un public non technique. Esprit analytique aiguisé, passion pour la résolution de problèmes et l’amélioration continue. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter des délais serrés. Expérience de Microsoft Fabric. Expérience pratique des services de données Azure et des outils de gouvernance des données (Purview). Connaissance du développement de pipelines de données et des architectures analytiques modernes. Role and Responsibilities
Design advanced analytics solutions, build scalable data models, and deliver high‑impact Power BI dashboards while contributing to data engineering initiatives and continuous improvement across analytics platforms.
Business Partnership & Strategy
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations using clear storytelling tailored to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure strong alignment between business goals and data strategies.
