Operations Attendant

Overview

This is an in-person role at the Springbank airport within MRU’s Aviation department. This position will support flight day-to-day flight operations for students in the Aviation Diploma and the Bachelor of Aviation Management programs. This role will involve work on the ramp, moving aircraft and preparing them for flight, as well as ensuring a clean hangar and efficient operations both inside and outside of the hangar.

Responsibilities

• Aircraft : Cleaning, fueling, de-icing, adding oil and winter fronts, moving aircraft, checking internal inventory
• Hangar : Cleaning, organizing, managing inventory, snow removal and lawn cutting, fuel tank checks and fuel ordering
• Taxiing : Bringing aircraft back and forth from the maintenance hangar
• Scheduling : Provide after-hours support to the Scheduling team, adjusting or creating flight bookings

Qualifications

Salary : $19.00 per hour
