Position Summary
SE Health Speech Language Pathologists provide person‑centered care, building rapport and trust with clients while helping them progress in their homes. You’ll apply a client‑centered approach to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs and make a difference in their lives.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program and a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech‑Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- Recent experience managing patients in acute/rehab or community‑based rehabilitation programs (preferred).
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self‑directed professional able to work effectively and collaboratively with a high‑performance interdisciplinary team.
- Sound knowledge of community resources (asset).
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Positive work and attendance record.
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
- Hybrid work approach: ability to work remotely and with clients at their acute/rehab or community settings.
