Pelican International is looking for a Warehouse coordinator to join its Salaberry-de-Valleyfield team. We need you to ensure the satisfaction of our many customers. Kayaking has never been as popular as it is today!
A TYPICAL DAY AS A WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT IS:
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
You have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar position and you have a good level of French and mathematics in order to complete various reports. You master the rules and concepts of inventory management and you must be able to use computer tools with ease, such as scanning, the Microsoft Office suite and the integrated management system (Sage or other). You have proven experience in operating a forklift and respecting the rules of safe operation as you possess a valid competency card.
Your positive energy will help you to be recognized as a team player who can be counted on by your colleagues. You value health and safety in the workplace and are sensitive to risk by participating in our 'zero accident' goal. You are in control when working under pressure, you are detail-oriented and quality conscious, and you are able to anticipate and plan the work to be done.
