Position : Sales Manager, SaaS and Enterprise

We are seeking a dynamic  Sales Manager  who is passionate about customer satisfaction, excels in delivering engaging presentations, and is adept at understanding and meeting customer needs. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a proactive attitude, eager to learn new technologies, and have a track record of success in selling SaaS and Enterprise Software products in B2B environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, inbound and outbound channels, and trade shows across Canada and the US.
  • Engage in high-volume prospecting of cold leads.
  • Identify, evaluate, qualify and respond to bids and tenders.
  • Maintain detailed records and track activities using our Sales CRM.
  • Understand and articulate the needs and challenges of prospective customers.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to refine value propositions, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams to tailor product solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create impactful campaigns.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Development and Customer Success to develop a sustainable “value proposition” to drive positive sales outcomes and deepen market presence.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Manage the full SaaS / Enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with Business Development to explore sales and partnership opportunities.

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS and / or Enterprise Software sales.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English. French is a plus.
  • Self-starter / independent sales leader
  • Genuine interest in software products and technology.
