Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.
• Union and Non-Union Payroll : Administer weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for unionized and non-unionized employees.
• North American Payroll : Handle payroll operations for U.S.-based employees, ensuring compliance with relevant federal and state regulations.
• Technology and Tools : Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process and maintain payroll records with utmost accuracy.
• Reporting & Analysis : Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Excel to conduct reporting, audits, reconciliations, and data analysis to support payroll and HR functions.
• Compliance & Records : Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and collective bargaining agreements while maintaining accurate employee payroll records.
