Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to establish and expand the Company brand internationally.
- Strengthen the brand’s visibility and credibility across global markets through targeted marketing efforts.
- Manage digital media planning and purchasing to maximize ad spending and campaign performance across various online platforms.
- Execute and oversee digital campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they align with global marketing goals.
- Build and maintain a global brand presence using effective digital marketing strategies and strategic partnerships.
- Supervise the development and optimization of the global website and e-commerce platforms to increase traffic, boost conversions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead customer journey mapping initiatives to improve and elevate the customer experience from acquisition to retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in global marketing, with a proven track record in digital media, e-commerce, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of international marketing strategies, digital advertising, and e-commerce best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns and driving performance metrics.
- Proficiency in SEO strategies, social media management, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
