My client is looking for a Director of Marketing for an International Business, who will lead the development and execution of a global marketing strategy to promote the company's presence in the market.

This role plays a crucial part in enhancing brand visibility, credibility, and customer engagement through strategic planning, digital media, and creative marketing approaches.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of global marketing trends, digital advertising, and e-commerce to boost performance and achieve business objectives on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to establish and expand the Company brand internationally.
  • Strengthen the brand’s visibility and credibility across global markets through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage digital media planning and purchasing to maximize ad spending and campaign performance across various online platforms.
  • Execute and oversee digital campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they align with global marketing goals.
  • Build and maintain a global brand presence using effective digital marketing strategies and strategic partnerships.
  • Supervise the development and optimization of the global website and e-commerce platforms to increase traffic, boost conversions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead customer journey mapping initiatives to improve and elevate the customer experience from acquisition to retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in global marketing, with a proven track record in digital media, e-commerce, and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of international marketing strategies, digital advertising, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns and driving performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies, social media management, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
